Service Manager
At Fabrique, we create unique digital experiences that resonate and make an impact. While the creative process is incredibly interesting, maintaining and continuously improving these experiences is just as important.
As a Service Manager, you’ll become a key player in Fabrique’s small business team, called STEAM. Your primary goal will be to ensure smooth operations and deliver outstanding client service.
On a day-to-day basis, you'll manage technical updates and feature development, prioritizing tasks across clients and developers. Overseeing daily planning and guiding developers is part of your daily routine. You'll handle incident triage and escalate issues to higher support levels when needed. Your role also involves project administration, including setup, invoicing, and time tracking. Additionally, it would be great if you have the skills to identify new opportunities to expand our services into new projects, all while keeping customer satisfaction as a top priority.
You are process-oriented, have a proactive attitude, and well-organized.
You have a higher professional education (HBO) level of work and thinking, ideally with a background at agencies or in IT management.
You work independently and proactively.
You take initiative and are both solution- and result-oriented.
You have an affinity for technology and the ability to effectively manage triage processes.
You possess strong communication skills.
You remain calm under pressure and stay focussed on quality.
You have organizational sensitivity and excel at connecting with others.
A flexible workspace in our studio located in the heart of Amsterdam or Rotterdam. We appreciate having you in the office often, but working from home regularly is also an option.
Enjoy a free delicious and varied lunch, chair massages, and social events.
Opportunities to attend external training courses and conferences.
Two weeks of research time each year, independent of Fabrique projects and entirely at your discretion.
A competitive salary ranging from 3,500 to 4,500 euros, depending on your experience. You'll also receive 25 vacation days and be part of a pension plan. Plus, you'll get a laptop and phone, along with the necessary software and tools to perform your job effectively.
