Medior UX Designer

You own the digital domain! You enjoy working in a team on various interactive projects for different clients. You translate insights and business objectives into creative concepts. Your curiosity, analytical perspective, and ability to think in abstraction make you look for 'the question behind the question'. You have experience with design and user research and use those insights to design wireframes and clickable prototypes. 

You always approach design questions in a holistic way. You use design tools on the spot to create a custom process to fit client, context, and question. In some cases that would be a service blueprint or a customer journey; in other cases it's a series of workshops with the client. You have mastered these tools and methods, enabling you to use them in a strategic way.

You don't do this alone. Together with the team and the client, you determine direction and goals and work together to achieve them. In this way, you strive for the best and most innovative version of the client, pushing boundaries and challenging industry standards. 

The Vermeer online experience or the new website for Lowlands, you in? At Fabrique we work on a wide range of projects, allowing you to work in completely different contexts. For example, in one project, you might be working on service design for BrandMR, while in another, you might be working on the e-commerce app for HEMA.

Your skillset 

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree or background where you have learned to conduct research, work in projects, and present your work. 

• You have a minimum of 3 years of work experience as a UX Designer. 

• Extra points if you also have experience with service design. 

• You design for web and app.

• You have good communication skills and have the ability to empathise with client and user. 

• You are familiar with agile or scrum and collaborating in multidisciplinary teams. 

• Good communication skills in Dutch and English.

  • Medior designer: 3.400 - 4.000 p/m based on 40 hours per week.
