Sr. Project Manager

At Fabrique, we create meaningful experiences that make a difference. We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team and lead impactful projects for clients like HEMA, Lowlands and Rijksmuseum.

Your role

As a senior project manager at Fabrique, you'll be at the heart of shaping and orchestrating complex digital projects and programs. Your versatility will shine as you seamlessly adapt to various roles, whether as a project manager, product owner, strategist or workshop facilitator. Your expertise will be crucial in translating client needs into effective strategies. You'll navigate complex digital landscapes, overseeing the design and development of user experiences, that meet both client objectives and user needs. You'll thrive on complex challenges, using your creative problem-solving skills to devise innovative solutions. 

Your leadership will be instrumental in steering multidisciplinary teams towards delivering outstanding results, ensuring that every project meets and exceeds expectations. With your strategic mindset and natural ability to maintain an overview, you'll convince clients and build accounts, driving projects to successful completion that everyone can be proud of.

Your responsibilities

• Independently manage and grow client projects and programs.

• Provide strategic advice and challenge client assumptions.

• Ensure deliverables align with business objectives.

• Maintain high-quality standards and client satisfaction.

• Collaborate closely with clients, Fabrique teams, and the broader Eidra network.

• Contribute to business development and account growth.

Ideal candidate

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.

• 5+ years experience in project/program management or digital strategy.

• Proven track record with complex digital projects.

• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Creative and analytical mindset.

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.

• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
