Senior Product Designer

We are looking for an experienced designer who develops powerful and visually stunning design systems to transform the digital experience of our customers. In this role, you will lead the design of products and services, with design systems serving as an instrumental and strategic tool. You have a systemic approach to creating digital services and products, emphasizing the integration of reusable components, scalability, and user-centricity to ensure consistency and future growth.

Your responsibilities

• You lead the creation and implementation of design systems that align with context, customer, and target audience.

• You establish design guidelines, best practices and standards to ensure consistency and quality.

• You create and manage design tokens to improve work efficiency and collaboration within the team.

• Evaluating the system is a continuous process, refining it to meet evolving user requirements and technological developments.

• Both within Fabrique and with the client you advocate and promote methodologies, tools, and culture to embed this way of working within the organization.

What we are looking for

• We are looking for a design expert with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills and experience in developing large-scale design systems. You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in creating and evolving design systems for complex contexts.

• You have a comprehensive understanding of identity and brand, and you can effectively make design decisions based on brand guidelines.

• You have a deep understanding of automation tools, design token structure, and their integration into design workflows. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, and you can effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Also, as a strategic thinker, you are adept at translating business needs into creative design solutions.

• You are skilled in developing design systems that emphasise reusable components, scalability, and user-centric standards. You have the ability to simplify complexity while maintaining a strong brand identity.

  • Senior: 4.000 - 4.800 euro p/m based on 40 hours per week.

  • Lead: 4.800 - 5.900 euro p/m based on 40 hours per week
